The former home of Rough Draft Brewing has been purchased by Mission Brewing and is being remodeled. The below information is for Rough Draft Brewing and will be updated when Mission Brewing opens at this location.

Signature Beer
- Hop Therapy Double IPA has been brewed since 2012 and is name checked on a couple T-shirts sold by Rough Draft. Although it wasn’t on the board when I visited, it has the most ratings and check-ins on Beer Advocate and UnTappd.
“What’s the Best Thing Ya Got?”
- I was recommended the Out of The Kettle Stout on the nitro tap. The nitro certainly added character to the dry Irish stout.
eBay Platinum Reserve
- Fonske Red Saison was on tap when I visited, a saison aged in Pinot Noir barrels. A pair of bourbon barrel-aged beers were also available in bottles.
For the Couch
- Rough Draft fills growlers and also offers 16 oz crowler cans for $4 to $5, so you can create your own 4- or 6-pack from almost anything on the tap list.
The Space
Indoor Capacity
- There are six barrel tables and a pair of longer tables in this large industrial space, plus a long bar. The maximum capacity is listed as 140 people, so you have plenty of space to spread out alongside the brewing tanks.
Outdoor Space
- There is a fenced patio space with stools outside the front door just off the parking lot
Food Service
- Rough Draft has its own kitchen and a menu that includes salads, sandwiches, tacos, nachos, wings, fries, pretzels, and a meat and cheese board. Hamburgers are available on Fridays.
Exit Through Gift Shop
- T-shirts, hoodies, and hats are available for purchase, along with stickers.
The Scene
Located in an industrial park, as of this writing Rough Draft is open only Tuesdays through Fridays from 3-8PM, so they draw a workday crowd from the surrounding area.
