Embolden Beer Company shares its ownership and space with New Motion Beverages. Embolden brews craft beer while New Motion brews hard tea, seltzer, kombucha, and lemonade. They opened their Miramar production facility and tasting room in 2020.

- 15 beers on tap, including an off-menu Watermelon Chamoy Sour
- 40% of the beers are IPAs
Signature Beer
- There are six core beers in the line-up, and although Litehouse Blonde Ale is a newer addition to the group, it took the bronze medal for golden or blonde beer at the 2022 San Diego International Beer Competition
E-Bay Platinum Reserve
- Embolden has a barrel aging program and occasionally releases barrel-aged versions of their beers, although none were available when I visited
For the Couch
- A cooler has can 4-packs and 6-packs of all Embolden core beers, as well as some specialty beers. They will also fill growlers.
The Space
Indoor Capacity
- There is seating for 50 at both large and small tables inside the warehouse space, in addition to seating for 10 people at the bar
Outdoor Space
- A garden area with picnic benches and fire pits has both shade and space heaters. It is screened off from the surrounding parking lot.
Food Service
- Embolden hosts a rotation of food trucks that begin service at 4PM, or noon on Sundays. BizBaz Boba is located inside the space and has non-alcoholic drinks, candy, and baked goods.

- Embolden has shirts, hats, thermoses, koozies, glassware and stickers for sale

Entertainment
- Music played at a medium volume. A projection screen was unused on my visit. Wednesday night is trivia night.
Babies and Bowsers
- Dogs are always welcome, but Thursday night is Pups & Pints night where you get a discount on your first pint if you bring your dog
Extras
- The BizBaz Boba area has a pin trading board and hosts pop-up art markets and karaoke nights
